Think Like a Digital Strategist: Defining Your Podcast Strategy with Jemma Rose Brown

It's time to hit "publish" on your podcast. Who is your audience? How do you speak to them? And what does it take to build listenership in an increasingly crowded podcast market?

In this practical workshop, you'll learn how to set goals, define your target audience and leverage the digital tools available to podcasters to grow your show with intention. Using individual and group exercises, we'll dive into social media best practices, tricks for how to leverage your network as a creator, case studies, and measuring impact. We'll also discuss how to stay nimble and avoid marketing fatigue so you can focus your energy on production.

We recommend this workshop for independent producers and anyone new to the medium who wants to build their audience development strategy.
