We listen to excepts from well-known podcasts (this Fresh Air, On Being, WTF). But here's the twist—anyone can say "pause" at any moment. And we will stop to discuss:

• What made that question work?

• How did they establish trust so quickly?

• What hooked you—or lost you?

We're mining for the techniques, instincts, and choices that make great podcasting work.
