How can you be more than a podcast? Punk Rock Value Prop is a fast energetic workshop where we collaboratively brainstorm new ways of monetizing each others podcasts. The workshop uses the "Value Proposition Canvas" to create new revenue streams based on your audience's pains and desires. In a truly emerging field, podcasters keep competing for the same monetization schemes of traditional radio (mostly ads & swag).
You'll come away with a menu of new monetization ideas beyond live shows, pop-ups, public speaking, books, crowd-sourced marketing, coaching, collectives, vlogging, memberships, and other hybrids from across the US. You'll need to know your audience, have an existing podcast, and an open mind. It's time for you to be as creative with money as you are with their podcast.
PRICING
The cost of this workshop is $50 for non-members and $40 for members of the Podcast Garage or members of the Harvard Ed Portal (i.e. any Allston-Brighton resident). Sign up below!
